The Method

The Fox teaches how to think. The Hedgehog teaches how to be still.

Most learning programs develop one skill at a time. Ours builds two in parallel — because a child who can think clearly but can't sit still, or sit still but can't problem-solve, isn't fully equipped.

The Dual-Skill Model

Every Fox & Hedgehog workbook interleaves two skill tracks. They alternate, they complement, they build on each other. Neither is optional — both are essential for a balanced learner.

  • 4
Mindfulness & Body Awareness Present-moment focus, energy management, sensory grounding
  • 5
Self-Regulation Mastery Independent calm-down strategies, time management, self-motivation

How Children Experience It

01

Start Calm

Every session begins with a Hedgehog activity — a brief grounding exercise that prepares the child to learn.

02

Think Hard

Fox activities challenge the mind — puzzles, sequencing, creative problems calibrated to the child's current level.

03

Reset & Reflect

Hedgehog exercises bring the energy back down. Children practice noticing how they feel after working hard.

04

Build Forward

Tomorrow's session builds on today's. Skills compound across days, weeks, and volumes — not random, progressive.
